Responsibilities

- Document all interactions accurately in our internal CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist callers effectively.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve call handling processes.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30 WPM+).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software tools.
