Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming customer calls with a friendly and professional tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and accurately.
- Input and update customer account information into our CRM database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex issues.
Qualifications
