Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and account information using our CRM software.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Document all interactions and account details in the internal database.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes through ongoing training.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
