- Manage inbound/outbound client communications across phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve client inquiries and technical issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed client records and documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service or related experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
- Spanish language skills a plus
