Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound client communications via phone, email, and secure messaging
- Process account transactions and assist with routine service requests
- Document client interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
- Conduct periodic account reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA regulations and security protocols
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service or financial services experience
- Strong verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, regulated environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
