Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve customer concerns using established protocols while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and CSAT targets
- Contribute to knowledge base updates and training material refinement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 0-2 years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (training provided)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional off-site training)
