Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve issues efficiently by leveraging internal knowledge bases and tools
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex cases when needed
- Meet or exceed daily performance metrics including CSAT and FCR
- Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and suggest enhancements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong communication skills with clear articulation
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Patience and problem-solving aptitude
- Basic computer proficiency with typing speed of 35+ WPM
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
