Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism
- Resolve product/service inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in company databases
- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, resolution time)
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6 months+ customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Type 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Positive attitude and resilience in fast-paced environments
