Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve product inquiries and technical issues using CRM tools
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet key performance metrics including CSAT and resolution time
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

- 6+ months customer service or retail experience
