Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve product/service inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Participate in ongoing training programs
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 0-2 years customer service experience
