Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on high satisfaction scores.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback into the CRM system.
- Assist customers in navigating products and services to find the best solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience is a plus).
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and availability for full-time shifts (Day, Evening, Weekend availability).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
