Responsibilities

- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and billing adjustments accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our internal systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access for remote work options.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
