- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable internet connection and computer (if remote position).
