Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with a focus on empathy and accuracy.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues to provide effective solutions to end-users.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on common user pain points.
- Maintain a deep knowledge base of company products and services to answer FAQs efficiently.
- Handle account management tasks, including password resets and billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
