Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy, escalating complex cases to senior support when necessary.
- Assist customers with product setup, account navigation, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest solutions to the support team.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies through ongoing training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
