Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and speed.
- Log all support tickets accurately and timely in our internal CRM system.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through resolution steps.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to escalate complex issues.
- Identify recurring customer problems and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a "can-do" attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidates.
