Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM system with precision
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve processes
- Adhere to compliance and security protocols
- Participate in ongoing skill development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills (bilingual Spanish/English preferred)
- Ability to type 25+ WPM with accuracy
- Proficient in Windows OS and basic software
- Reliable transportation to our Gateway Blvd location
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
