- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently using our CRM system.
- Document all customer interactions, account details, and transactions in the database.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
