Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat with speed and accuracy.
- Resolve product-related issues and answer questions regarding services.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and positive feedback ratings.
- Log interactions and update customer accounts in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve chat scripts and support protocols.
- Handle escalated tickets with empathy and escalate to technical teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer support or chat support is highly preferred.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent written English grammar and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
