Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support for Philadelphia-based clients across various industries
- Resolve customer inquiries with speed and empathy using CRM systems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues

Qualifications

- Availability to work full-time schedule including evenings/weekends
