Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health records accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support for patients
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and nursing staff
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Participate in weekend team briefings and handovers
Qualifications
- Current Ohio nursing assistant (CNA) or medical assistant certification
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience in a clinical setting
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ohio state residency required
