Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and clinical support during weekend shifts
- Monitor patient vitals and document health status accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Mentor new staff and participate in weekend team huddles
Qualifications
- Current Arizona RN or CNA license required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently on weekends
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
