Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support services in clinical settings
- Assist with patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Coordinate patient flow and manage administrative tasks efficiently

Qualifications
- Previous healthcare experience or CNA/MA certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
