Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations during Saturday/Sunday shifts to maintain 99.9% on-time delivery accuracy
- Lead cross-functional teams of 8-12 staff in inventory management and order processing

- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with weekday managers to maintain operational continuity

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail operations management
- Proven leadership background in weekend/shift-based environments
- Familiarity with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan preferred)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required
