Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Ensure efficient loading/unloading of shipments with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Lead team of 3-5 weekend staff during peak operational hours
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities and inventory counts
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure seamless operational continuity
- Resolve immediate operational issues with minimal downtime
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
