Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for shipping and receiving using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe by following all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas and the rotation of stock (FIFO).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
