Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end weekend supply chain operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery coordination
- Lead and mentor a 15-member weekend team through performance reviews, scheduling, and conflict resolution
- Implement process optimization initiatives to boost weekend operational efficiency by 20%+
- Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery rates, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with weekday leadership for seamless handovers and continuous improvement
- Manage weekend vendor relationships and service level agreements
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years in logistics/supply chain management with weekend shift experience
- Proven leadership managing teams of 10+ personnel in high-volume environments
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational data
- OSHA 30-hour certification and DOT Hazmat endorsement
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Boston-based candidates with local logistics network knowledge preferred
