Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend store operations including staffing, inventory management, and customer service standards

- Implement visual merchandising plans and promotional campaigns during peak weekend traffic
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges with professionalism
- Analyze weekend sales data to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with weekday managers to ensure seamless transition of operations
- Maintain strict compliance with safety, loss prevention, and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management or operations leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-traffic periods (weekends/holidays)
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales metrics

- Flexible schedule availability with weekend availability as primary workdays
