As our Weekend Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all weekend operations, ensuring store goals are met, and maintaining our high standards of service. This position offers the flexibility of a weekend schedule while providing the stability of a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee all store operations during weekend shifts, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales associates to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Customer Experience: Monitor customer feedback and address concerns promptly to ensure a world-class shopping experience.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and oversee merchandise presentation to maximize sales opportunities.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor cash handling procedures, manage daily sales reports, and work within the established budget.
- Problem Solving: Resolve operational issues and escalations during your shift to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekday shifts for training or coverage.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, motivate staff, and drive sales performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and staff.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and business needs.
