Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend retail teams (5-10 associates) to achieve sales targets
- Execute inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and loss prevention policies
- Coordinate daily shift operations including scheduling and delegation
- Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities
- Train associates on product knowledge and customer service excellence
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience in retail/hospitality
- Proven ability to work weekends and holidays consistently
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for logistics)
