Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 team members during weekend peak hours
- Process high-volume transactions with 99% accuracy
- Resolve customer escalations within 15 minutes
- Execute inventory counts and replenishment protocols
- Train new hires on POS systems and safety procedures
- Submit daily performance reports via mobile app
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Available Saturdays & Sundays (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Valid Texas driver's license for inventory transport
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting requirements
- Spanish/English bilingual certification preferred
- Ability to lift 40 lbs repeatedly
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Own reliable transportation
