Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ weekend staff across sales, inventory, and customer service departments
- Optimize weekend sales strategies to achieve monthly KPIs
- Manage inventory operations including receiving, stocking, and reconciliation
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Train and develop weekend team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational transitions
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in retail or hospitality management with weekend scheduling experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in fast-paced environments
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for supply runs)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
