- Train and mentor weekend staff on new protocols
- Generate weekend performance reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/supply chain management
- Experience coordinating multi-location operations
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid California driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
