Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse activities including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Supplement weekday staff by handling high-priority shipments and urgent client requests
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation of weekend operations and handover reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend-weekday transitions
- Implement process improvements for weekend efficiency and cost reduction
- Train and mentor weekend staff on company protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years in logistics, warehousing, or operations management
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure weekend environments
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
