Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend inventory management and order fulfillment operations
- Lead a team of 5-7 warehouse associates during peak weekend hours
- Optimize logistics routes and delivery schedules for Saturday/Sunday operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards
- Manage real-time inventory tracking using WMS systems
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse operations or logistics coordination
- Proven experience managing weekend or shift-based teams
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Sat/Sun) with occasional weekday support
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
