Responsibilities
- Manage 15-person weekend clinical support team across 3 departments
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and emergency protocols
- Implement HIPAA-compliant documentation systems
- Conduct weekend staff training and competency evaluations
- Optimize resource allocation for weekend patient surges
- Collaborate with weekday leadership for continuity of care
- Resolve escalated patient/family concerns within 2-hour SLA
Qualifications
- 5+ years healthcare supervisory experience
- CA state RN or LVN license required
- Weekend shift availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Advanced EHR proficiency (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certifications current
- Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
- Experience with weekend staffing models
- MS Office Suite expertise
