Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical staff during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharges
- Manage on-call scheduling and emergency response
- Conduct weekend staff performance evaluations
- Oversee weekend inventory and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with weekday leadership for seamless transitions
- Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues appropriately
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 3+ years supervisory experience in healthcare
- Valid Pennsylvania nursing or clinical license
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance
- Advanced proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
