- Partner with VPs of Engineering and Product to prioritize innovation pipelines
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in emerging markets
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies required
- Experience with AI, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategic foresight
