- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-critical initiatives
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with futurist networks and R&D institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 market disruptions
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis across AI, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ keynote presentations
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Published author in innovation journals or major industry publications
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
