Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute the long-term AI and robotics roadmap for 2026 and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee the architecture of next-generation machine learning models and autonomous robotic systems.
- R&D Innovation: Lead research initiatives in predictive analytics, natural language processing, and human-robot interaction.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive buy-in for innovative initiatives.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, AI Safety).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, ML, or Robotics, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex strategies to executive leadership and engineering teams.
