Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through quantitative modeling and qualitative trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership quarterly
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical, regulatory, and socioeconomic signals affecting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes
