Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite leadership to translate business goals into technical blueprints for the upcoming technology cycles.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect high-availability, fault-tolerant systems capable of scaling from startup velocity to enterprise scale.
- Predictive Engineering: Implement AI-driven models to predict infrastructure needs and system bottlenecks before they occur.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-facing systems adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI & ML: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and their integration into core systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging tech trends and implementing them effectively.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
