Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Web3, Edge Computing).
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to integrate futuristic tech stacks into current products.
- Establish technical governance frameworks to ensure security, compliance, and interoperability.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures and large-scale data processing paradigms.
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
