Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology vision that aligns with business goals and prepares the organization for the technological landscape of 2026.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, GenAI, Quantum, Web3) to identify high-impact opportunities for disruption and growth.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives and manage pilot programs for experimental technologies to validate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with leading tech startups, research institutions, and think tanks to stay ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive buy-in for bold new initiatives.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis on competitor technological advancements to maintain a strategic advantage in the market.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in fast-paced, forward-thinking environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing C-suite executives and technical teams alike.
- Adaptability: A track record of successfully pivoting strategies in response to rapid market changes and technological shifts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
