Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- AI Integration: Lead the deployment of Generative AI and Machine Learning models to automate complex workflows and enhance decision-making.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration to cloud-native architectures and ensure high availability and security standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and non-technical teams.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or technology leadership roles.
