Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the end-to-end definition of the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning R&D initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Emerging Trend Analysis: Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Edge Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Oversee the 'Future Lab,' a dedicated unit for experimental technologies and proof-of-concept development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current product lines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technological visions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in for forward-looking projects.
- Vendor & Partnership Management: Evaluate and establish partnerships with startups and research institutions focused on 2026-ready technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech stacks, specifically in AI/ML and next-gen connectivity (6G/5G).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of forecasting market trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving innovation without clear precedents.
