Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 products, focusing on AI integration and automation.
- Lead the architecture design for scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the research and development of next-gen robotics and human-machine interfaces.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) for potential integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Quantum Computing architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and real-time data processing.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
