Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present visionary insights to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across engineering divisions
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
