Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for emerging technologies, including Generative AI 2.0, Quantum integration, and advanced predictive analytics.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable and secure technical architectures that accommodate the rapid evolution of hardware and software paradigms.
- Conduct Deep R&D: Explore and prototype cutting-edge technologies to identify viable solutions for enterprise challenges.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with academic institutions and tech leaders to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor and Inspire: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI development, or strategic consulting with a focus on futuristic technologies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, long-term projects.
- Innovation: Demonstrated track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies.
