Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead high-level research and development initiatives, focusing on emerging trends such as Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Quantum Computing.
- Identify and assess new technology opportunities, evaluating risks, ROI, and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors with clarity and impact.
- Oversee the integration of legacy systems with next-gen cloud architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of defining successful technology roadmaps for the 2025-2026 timeframe.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Software Development Life Cycles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
